Job Descriptions :

• Preparing Invoices and sharing with clients

• Updating the database

• Entering accounts receivable / payable into system

• Account receivable collections followups

• Recording cash transactions related to Accounts Receivable, including the processing of credit card transactions

• Manage bank reconciliations

• Support to all aspects of the finance and accounting team

• Accounts payables

• Research on reconciling items

• Providing clerical and administrative support to management as requested
