1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services offered by Simplyfyd Solutions, including Human Resource Consultancy, US Medical Billing, and Software Training, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

Simplyfyd Solutions provides:
a. Recruitment & HR Consultancy services (Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, Payroll, etc.)
b. US Medical Billing services (RCM, AR Follow-up, Scheduling, etc.)
c. Software Training (Manual & Automation Testing, Data Analytics, etc.)

3. Client Obligations

a. Clients must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of engaging with our services.
b. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or proprietary materials shared.

4. Confidentiality & Data Usage

a. Any client or candidate information shared with Simplyfyd Solutions will be treated as confidential.
b. We follow standard data protection practices and do not share data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Payments and Invoicing

a. All training content, materials, designs, and processes are the intellectual property of Simplyfyd Solutions.
b. No user or client may reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

a. All users, candidates, and clients are expected to maintain professionalism in communication and conduct.
b. Any abuse, fraud, misrepresentation, or unprofessional behavior may lead to suspension or termination of services.

a. All payments must be made through accepted payment channels listed on our official communications.
b. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
c. Invoices are due as per the agreed terms; late payments may incur penalties or service interruptions.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Service not rendered due to issues on our part

To request a refund, contact us at info@simplyfydsolutions.com Within 7 days of the transaction, along with:

  • Proof of payment

  • Reason for refund

  • Supporting documents, if any

Refunds will be credited within 10-15 business days, subject to management approval.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Recruitment fees after successful onboarding.

  • Training fees after course commencement.

  • Medical billing services have already been executed.

9. Termination of Services

Simplyfyd Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any user or client at our discretion, including for violation of these terms, breach of trust, or failure to make timely payments.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pune, Maharashtra, India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune.
